The Master's University women's volleyball team defeated Dickinson State in four sets on Friday in Nampa, Ida.

Chloe Grever had 22 kills to lead the way along with seven blocks.

In the first set, TMU used an 8-3 run to take control, leading 21-14. The Master's hit .278 for the first set while holding Dickinson State to just .135 hitting percentage. Grever's kill from Cassidy Clark sealed the first set for TMU.

The second set was very close, with the score tied at 16. But another run from Master's opened up a 23-19 lead and a block from Clark and Grever put TMU in the driver's seat, up 2-0.

In the third set, DSU held a 7-point lead at 12-5 early in the set. But a 4-0 spurt, containing a block from Macy and Camdyn Gebhards, shot TMU into the lead, up 16-15. However, DSU responded at every opportunity, using to 3-0 runs to take their first set win of the match. 

The final set was dominated by the Lady Mustangs, who expanded their lead out to advantages of 6-1 and 15-8. Master's brought their lead up to as many as eight at 19-11, but Dickinson State rallied, narrowing the score down to 20-15 and eventually 23-20. But Master's was able to slam the door, and kill by Camdyn Gebhards gave TMU their third win of the season. 

Camdyn Gebhards had seven kills and four blocks, while Krista Brady had nine kills along with 10 digs. Cassidy Clark had a career-high 42 assists on the night as well. 

TMU will take on Montana Western tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. PDT for the final game of the I-84 Classic.
