The Master's University beach volleyball team won over Life Pacific Univeristy 5-0 on Saturday in San Dimas, Calif.
The Sandy Stangs are now 8-4 overall and 6-1 in GSAC play.
Zoe Yates and
Emma Winter had a strong win for the 1s pair, winning 21-13, 21-17. The 2s squad of Ashlan Van Gronigen and
Isabela Rodriguez won quite handily, 21-12, 21-10.
Addy Brock and
Ashlyn Unruh also had a strong afternoon, taking down their opponents winning 21-10, 21-10 in the battle of the 3s pair.
The freshman duo of
Krista Brady and
Macy Gebhards won their match in three sets 21-17, 13-21, 15-11. TMU's 5s pair also took home a solid win, with
Kayla Goodwin and
Arianna DeRaffaele sweeping their competition 21-10, 21-16.
The Master's will be back in action for a non-conference game on Saturday against Vanguard University in Great Park in Irvine, Calif.Â
