2018 (Sophomore): Was part of TMU's All-GSAC 4x100 relay, the group finishing third at GSAC Championships in late April ... competed in the 100 (11th in prelims) and 200 (12th in prelims) at GSAC Championships. 

2017 (Freshman): Competed in the 100 and 200 at GSAC Championships, finishing 18th and 15th in prelims, respectively ... took parts in five meets altogether. 

American School of Kuwait (Kuwait City, Kuwait): Competed in track and field and volleyball, serving as a captain in both sports as a senior. 

Personal: Full name is Emily Victoria Hess ... parents are David and Natalie ... brother is Joseph ... said she chose Master's because when she met coaches Zach and Amie Schroeder she was "immediately impressed with their dedication to the Lord and to their athletes. It was obvious that the team was all about Christ."
