COACHING AND ATHLETIC CAREER

Hill enters her 13th season as a Mustang assistant in 2021, as arguably the most accomplished track & field coach currently serving within the ranks of the NAIA.
She competed at the 1984, 1988 and 1992 Olympics in the 400-meter run and as part of the 4x400 relay.
She won three medals in the 4x400, highlighted by a gold at the 1984 Los Angeles Games and including a silver at the 1988 Seoul Games when her team set the American record.
Hill also qualified for the 1980 Moscow Olympics as a 15-year-old, but did not get to compete after the United States boycotted the Olympic Games that year.
She graduated from Cal State Los Angeles in 1987 with a degree in business administration and a certificate in entrepreneurship.
At Master's, Hill has been instrumental in the development of the sprints and trains both the men's and women's events up to the 800 meters.
She has worked with such athletes as Seanna Nalbandyan (3x NAIA All-American in the 400 hurdles), Kevin Lawson (AA in the triple jump), Ayla Draper (AA in the 400 hurdles) and Andrew Sanchez (Golden State Athletic Conference champion in the 400).
Hill also serves at College of the Canyons as an assistant sprints coach.
