Garrett Estrin joined the Mustang coaching staff in 2020-21 as a volunteer assistant goalkeeper coach.
He currently serves as the head coach for both the College of the Desert women's soccer and softball teams.
Estrin ranks second all-time in coaching wins in College of the Desert women's soccer program history.
From 2014-18, he served as the first varsity girls soccer head coach in Rancho Mirage High School history, leading the team to four CIF playoff berths, including one trip to the CIF semifinals.
In 2013, Estrin was a men's soccer assistant coach for NCAA Division I Valparaiso University.
He graduated from Cal State University Dominguez Hills in 2000, where he was a three-year starter and team captain for the men's soccer team.
In 2000, Estrin earned All-NCAA Tournament honors after leading his team to the national championship that year.
Estrin is married to his wife Mary Helen. The couple have two children and have been involved with charities such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Orange County and Inland Empire.
