Highlights:
  • In his first season as head coach in 2026, Brueckner coached Hannah Ulibarri to a GSAC title, as she won by four strokes to qualify for NAIA Nationals. Seth Bishop also qualified for Nationals in 2026.
  • Spent three years as an assistant men's coach starting 2022-23 before coming head coach in 2026.
  • Brueckner played for the Mustangs from 2018 to 2022 and was a part of the conference-winning team in 2022 that went on to compete at the NAIA National Championships. Individually, he finished T10 at the GSAC Championships in both his junior and senior years, with a career-best T8 at the California State Intercollegiate in October 2019. Brueckner's best competitive collegiate round was a 5-under 66 at the U.C. Ferguson Classic in Oklahoma City, Okla. in August 2021.
