2024-2025 (Junior): Continued to build off a solid sophomore season and became a consistent scorer in cross country... Finished 11th in the GSAC Championships to earn All-GSAC... Had a breakthrough race at the NAIA Championships, finishing 59th in 24:55... Ran massive personal bests in the 800 (2:02), 1500 (4:01), 5000 (14:35), and 10000m (31:10)... Competed at both the NAIA Indoor Championships and Outdoor Championships in the 5000m.

2023-24 (Sophomore): Ran a personal best in the TMU XC Invitational of 25:20... finished 12th at the GSAC XC Championships... Ran a personal best in the 3000m of 8:40 at the Golden Eagle Track Invitational... Earned a top-3 finish in the GSAC 10000m final to close out his season.

2022-23 (Freshman): Ran for Menlo College... was the GSAC Freshman of the Year.
