Awards:

• Program record holder in the 3000m (8:20)
• All-GSAC (2022 Cross Country)
• All-GSAC (2022 Track & Field)
• All-GSAC (2023 Cross Country)

2023-24 (Junior): Set a season best at the TMU XC Invitational of 24:39... finished ninth at the GSAC XC Championships and 200th at the NAIA XC Championships... qualifier for the NAIA Indoor Track National Championships with a school-record 8:20 3000m at the Golden Eagle Invitational. 

2023-24 (Sophomore): Continued to improve in cross-country with a personal best of over a minute at the UCR Invitational (24:36)... was a consistent scorer for the Mustang team that finished 3rd at the NAIA XC Championships... finished eighth at the GSAC XC Championships and 41st at the NAIA XC Championships... set several personal bests in the spring across the 1000m (2:35), 1500m (4:02), 5000m (14:57), and 10000m (32:00).

2021-22 (Freshman): Burst onto the scene as TMU’s top freshman in 2021 with a season best of 25:47 at the Vanguard Invitational... finished 34th at the GSAC XC Championships... set a personal best of 2:02 in the 800m in the spring... was part of the Mustang’s second place 4x800m quartet at the GSAC Championships.
