Coaching and Playing Career

• De Monbrun enters his fourth season as an assistant coach at The Master's University in 2021-22.
• He has coached for 17 years at various levels, including high school and club.
• In 2015, he partnered with TMU alums Mike Penberthy and Andy Thompson to found Starting 5 basketball academy, a local youth basketball program.
• He currently serves as the varsity girls' basketball coach at Trinity Classical Academy, leading the Knights to their first CIF-SS Division 5AA title in 2021.
• Spent 12 seasons on the coaching staffs of two of Santa Clarita's best high school basketball programs (West Ranch HS and Valencia HS).
• Played four years at Valencia High School.
