2019 (Sophomore): Toggled back and forth between starter and reliever in his sophomore season…went 4-1 with three of those wins coming as a starter…threw a career-high 53.1 innings and struck out a career-best 45 batters…made eight starts, highlighted by a season-high, eight-inning effort vs. Vanguard on March 9 when he struck out a career-high nine in a 7-2 victory…notched three saves, allowing no runs in each of those outings while striking out six batters.
2018 (Freshman): Started the season as an unknown out of the bullpen and before the season was done he had developed into its most reliable performer…made 17 relief appearances and surrendered no runs in 11 of those en route to a staff-low 2.25 earned-run average…averaged nearly a strikeout an inning, whiffing a season-high nine in five innings of work at Hope International on April 6 when he picked up his first collegiate win.
Kentlake HS (Kent, WA): Winning pitcher in a 2017 state semifinal at Safeco Field, home of the Seattle Mariners
... received first team all-league honors for utility player in 2016, for third base in 2017 and for pitcher in 2017 ... second-team all-Seattle area (2017), All-Star NPSL (2017), first-team All-State Washington (2017) ... all-league quarterback at Rainier Christian HS in 2016 and 2017.
Personal: Full name is Caleb Liddell Jaime ... parents are Tony and Susan ... siblings are Laura, Megan, Brett and Charlotte ... said he chose Master's because "I want to grow in the Lord and I want to play competitive baseball" ... his father, Tony, and uncle, Brett, both played at TMU with the latter putting up huge numbers and earning a spot in the university’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
