2021 (Junior): Played in seven matches... had 48 kills with a season-high 11 against Saint Francis (IN)... tallied 23 blocks.

2020 (Sophomore): Played in all 14 matches and 51 sets for the Mustangs… Enjoyed a breakthrough season ranking second on the team in blocks (43) and third in kills (100)... Finished the season with a .224 hitting %, the second-best mark on the team … Recorded a career-high 11 kills in a game vs. Life Pacific on Mar. 23.

2019 (Freshman): Played in 24 sets over 15 matches in her first collegiate season…debuted with 13 total attacks vs. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical (AZ) on Aug. 14, and recorded a season-high 17 total attacks vs. Rocky Mountain (MT) a day later.

Kingsburg HS (Kingsburg, CA): Named second-team all-league ... selected for academic all-league team. 

Personal: Full name is Jessica Nicole Swenning ... parents are Jeff and Lisa ... brothers are Nick (a member of TMU's men's basketball team), and Gus ... Nick is married to Master's volleyball senior Rebecca Swenning (Davis) ... major is undeclared ... said her main goal while playing for Master's was "to be a good teammate. I want to encourage the girls around me and support them in any way I can. I'm also competitive, so I want to work hard as a team and win."
