2018-2019 (Sophomore): Cross Country ... Competed in all five of TMU’s races … improved her finish at GSAC Championships by seven spots from the year prior, moving up to 23rd at Central Park in Santa Clarita, CA, on Nov. 3 (20:42.8) … also lowered her career best 5K time with a 20:41.9 mark at the Warrior Invitational in Rocklin, CA, on Oct. 20. ... Track and Field ... ran new PRs in the 5,000 (20:49.46) and 10,000 (42.34.57) at GSAC Championships, finishing sixth and third place, respectively ... earned All-GSAC status in the 10K. 

2017-2018 (Freshman): Cross Country ... Finished 30th at the Golden State Athletic Conference Championships (21:18.6) ... placed 313rd at NAIA nationals (21:23.6) ... posted a season-best time of 20:50.3 at the Warrior Invitational on Oct. 21 ... Track and Field ... was part of TMU's GSAC champion 4x800 relay team ... ran a career-best 800 at the Bryan Clay Invitational in late April (2:43.74) ... posted a career-best in the mile in late March at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (5:56.65). 

South Kitsap HS (Port Orchard, Wash.): Was home-schooled, but competed with South Kitsap and finished fifth at the SPSL 4A League Championships in 2016.  

Personal: Full name is Kayla Leanne Gray ... parents are Aaron and Shane ... siblings are Hannah, Jaedyn, Kellen, Malachi and Selah ... as for choosing Master's, she said "I am really looking forward to being able to mature as a Christian and making new and lasting bonds with fellow Christians. I also look forward to the continued opportunity to compete in a safe yet challenging environment."
