2020-21 (Sophomore): Cross Country... Ran his best race at the Pre-Nationals Invitational, finishing 15th in a time of 26:56.0… Track & Field… Placed third in the 3000m steeplechase (9:48.21) at the GSAC Championship, earning All-GSAC Team honors.

2019-20 (Freshman): Cross Country… Ran a season-best time of 26:29.7 at the William Jessup Warrior Invitational.

Federal Way HS (Federal Way, WA): Competed at the 4A Washington state cross country meet, finishing 97th in a 5K time of 16:50.2 ... was named a varsity captain ... ran a 5K PR on Sept. 22, 2018, at the Bellevue Cross Country Invitational (16:38.0) ... raced at the 4A Washington state track and field championship as part of a 4x400 relay ... his team finished fifth (3:26.45).
