"Soka is well coached and has a lot of talent and they put two goals in on us within one minute of each other. But our team responded so well with a goal one minute later and the winner with 20 minutes left," TMU Head Coach Jim Rickard siad. "It's really a great quality win to come from behind in the second half."
Rickard finished with five points on two goals and an assist. Sorto led the team with six shots. TMU outshot Soka 20-6, put nine shots on goal to Soka's four, and won corners 9-0.
