The Master's University women's basketball team won their sixth straight in Thursday's 84-29 win over La Sierra in The MacArthur Center.
The 29 points were the second-fewest the Lady Mustangs had given up all season, as they forced LSU into single-digit scoring in three of the four quarters.
Chloe Auble had 16 points to lead a balanced Mustang scoring attack, which shot 53% from the field and over 50% from beyond the arc.
TMU came out on fire in the first quarter, making five of their seven shots from deep and dropping 24 points total.
Abbie Mullins led the way with 12 points on four of five shooting. The La Sierra offense was completely neutralized, shooting just three of 13 in the game's first 10 minutes.
The Lady Mustangs kept the pressure up entering the second quarter, allowing just three points in that second frame. TMU upped their shooting percentage to 60% and
Madi Brooks was the leading scorer, notching eight points off the bench during that quarter.
It was more of the same after half, as the Lady Mustangs only missed three shots in the third quarter. They were just as good on the defensive end, holding La Sierra to just 13% shooting from the field. They were able to coast through the fourth quarter for another GSAC win.
"The girls came out and played hard and strong from the very beginning," TMU Head Coach Fonda Wilson said. "They have so much heart for this game and it's a joy to be able to coach them."
TMU still remains in second place in the conference behind Hope International, who is 10-0 in GSAC play.
Alli VanKooten had 11 points, 11 rebounds and five assists.
TMU will go on the road to face Life Pacific on Saturday.
