Lexi Hernandez and Marin Lenz have been named All-GSAC for the 2024-25 women's basketball season.

It is the first all-conference recognition for both players.

Hernandez finished second on the team in scoring, seventh in the conference, averaging 13.0 points per game. Her rebounding skills also set her apart as she led the team and was third in the GSAC at 10.2 rebounds a game. She finished with nine double-doubles, a season-high 23 points against Park-Gilbert and a season-best 21 rebounds against Lincoln.

"In addition to her individual accomplishments, Lexi is a respected leader and captain for our team," TMU Head Coach Fonda Wilson said. "She leads by example, consistently displaying a strong work ethic, discipline and dedication to her teammates. Her efforts have played a key role in our team's success, contributing to our top-tier conference rankings and helping elevate our program to new heights."

Lenz led the team and finished sixth in the conference scoring 14.5 points per game. She finished second on the team with 18 3-pointers made and shared the team high with the most minutes played for the season.

"Beyond statistics, Marin is a true leader," Coach Wilson said. "She mentors younger players on the team with her work ethic, sportsmanship and dedication. Under her leadership, our team has finished in the top three of the conference in two of her three years at The Master's University, with a strong possibility of qualifying for a national tournament again this season. Her presence has significantly elevated our program's success."

The Master's will host the semifinal of the GSAC Women's Basketball Tournament on Friday when they take on Park-Gilbert. Tip-off inside The MacArthur Center is scheduled for 6 p.m.
