The Master's University men's and women's swim teams completed the final day of the PCSC Championship in East Los Angeles College Aquatic Center in Monterey Park, Calif. Saturday evening.
At the end of the 4-day meet, the men's team finished in fifth while the women's team finished in seventh.
On the men's side, several team records were broken, with senior Tyler LeDet leading the way by claiming two team records in the 500 yard freestyle (4:36.37) and 50 yard backstroke (24.02).
Senior Nilton Dos Santos de Oliveira holds the new team record in the 50 yard butterfly (22.95) while sophomore Dylan Crane claimed the team record for the 100 yard backstroke (49.93) and finished second in the 100 yard freestyle (44.75).
Sophomore Desmond Sutanto, freshman Charley Sears, de Oliveira and Crane now hold the best time in the 400 yard freestyle relay (3:04.16) while Sutanto, Sears, de Oliveira and LeDet claimed a team record with their third place finish in the 800 yard freestyle relay (6:45.46).
On the women's side, freshman Katherine Dyer's campaign continues strong, collecting a lone individual win in the 200 yard individual medley (2:01.55) and a second place finish in the 100 yard freestyle (50.67).
Junior Kylee Sears also recorded a second place finish in the 200 yard freestyle (1:51.81).
Senior Camryn Bussey, junior Trudy Patterson, Sears and Dyer broke a team record in the 800 yard freestyle medley (7:37.79).
Both teams will now prepare for their final and biggest meet of the season, as they will travel to Elkhart, Ind. to compete in the NAIA National Championships March 5-8.
