The Master's men's basketball team got scoring from 12 different players in a 111-59 win over the Bethesda University Flames Friday in The MacArthur Center.
The 111 points scored by the Mustangs (3-1) was not just the most this season, but the most since scoring 113 back on Oct. 28, 2022.
Beyond the score, it was the efficiency at which TMU scored. For the game, the Mustangs were 44-of-67 from the field (65.7%) and had a rebounding advantage of 50-25.
"I was really happy with our execution in the game tonight," said TMU Head Coach Kelvin Starr. "We played very unselfish, which is a good sign for future success."
Defensively for The Master's, the team held the Flames to less than 31% shooting (21-of-68), and just 28% from beyond the 3-point line.
Ty Harper led the Mustangs with 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting, only missing a pair of three's (2-for-4). Kalen Lowery notched his first double-double of the season, scoring 15 and pulling down 11 rebounds in just 23 minutes of work.
Caden Starr finished with 13 points while
Kamrin Oriol scored 12 and tied Harper with five assists.
The Master's will continue the home stand as they next face the La Sierra Eagles on Wednesday. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
