Coaching and Athletic Career

• Davis enters his first season as Mustang men's and women's swimming and diving head coach in 2018-19, the program's inaugural campaign. 
• He was an eight-time NCAA Division 1 All-American at UCLA, a U.S. National Team Member and an Olympic trials finalist in the 100-meter butterfly. 
• He is a former assistant coach at UCLA. 
• Davis brings a "purpose-driven" training philosophy to TMU that challenges his athletes to grow in mind, body and in their Christian walk. "In addition to building a strong aquatics program, my goal is to help my athletes grow in the confidence of who they are in Christ and accomplish all they're called to do through Christ," he said. 
• Received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his master's from Biola University. 
• Davis lives in Valencia, California, with his wife Annett (an Olympic beach volleyball player and current head women's beach volleyball coach at TMU), his son Mya and his daughter Victoria.
