INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUS DRIVERS: Please pick up and drop off teams at the team check-in area.
COLLEGIATE ENTRY FEE*: $30 per athlete; entry fee caps at $350 per gender. Payments can be made online through DirectAthletics.
HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY FEE*: $30 per athlete; entry fee caps at $350 per gender. Payments can be made online through Athletic.net.
ENTRY LIMITS: The high school varsity races will be limited to a maximum of nine runners per team. However, high school coaches may choose to enter more than one team in the varsity race (i.e. A team, B team, etc.). Coaches may enter an unlimited number of runners per team for the collegiate and JV races.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, September 14@ 11:59 P.M. PST (no race-day registration)
ENTRY PROCESS: All college entries are to be made through https://www.directathletics.com/meets/xc/25726.html and all high school entries are to be made through athletic.net by the published deadline: https://www.athletic.net/CrossCountry/meet/253896/info
AWARDS: Top-10 individuals from each Collegiate race will receive a top finisher T-shirt, along with the top-10 individuals from each High School race. The first-place teams of the men's and women's collegiate races will receive a plaque, and the top-3 high school teams from varsity and JV races will receive plaques.
CHIP TIMING: Your team packet will include timing chips numbered and assigned to each athlete on your roster.
